e-moviemusic in Spain - serious or cheating ?
Hi,
I've been bidding on two items from this seller in Spain on ebay. Curiously my two bids literally have been scanned by another bidder to find out the amount of my maximun bid. He bid and retracted his bids until he knew at 1 or 2 $ what my actual maximum was.
Later I was overbidded, but again curiously immediately after the auction came to an end I'm offered the same soundtrack by this seller to my maximum bid, the winner not paying or accepting item.
I couldn't check who was bidding and retracting as these were private auctions.
All this looks very suspicious to me , so as all is just a manoeuvre to increase bids to a maximum.
I know some visitors of this site have bought from e-moviemusic: did you experience same or similar procedure with this seller ? Are we being cheated or has this only been some strange coincidences with my recent bids ?

I have no experiences with this seller - but the way you describe this whole procedure looks like fraud to me.
Bid retractions can happen, but not so ....

Sometimes sellers have many copies of the same item and if the amount is sufficient then he can propose you a second chance offer. The seller knows after the auction your bidding amount and your nick.
btw i never have any trouble with e-moviemusic. what was the cd you wanted to purchase from him? because i have a second chance offer from his lately auctions and i would like to know if we have received the same offer.
