Theme from TV Eye

I am looking for a copy of the single "Theme from TV Eye". The B side is "Theme from The Naked Civil Servant". It was released in the UK on State Records, cat number STAT 85. The year I think is 1977/78. I am not too sure of the actual artist name but I believe it is possibly "Charter 111" or similar. The composer though is Carl Davis.
Any help in finding this would be greatly appreciated.
