Spanglish DVD (not theatrical) movie/trailer

Hi to all. Please forgive the highly detailed request, but if you have actually referred to the trailer/preview of the film "Spanglish" contained in the recently released DVD of "Closer", you will hopefully know what I am looking for. If you view the Spanglish movie trailer under previews, there is a music theme that is triggered by the scene where the elderly character that plays Tea Leoni's mother in the movie begins to toast to a glass of wine at 12 noon. The music theme then reaches its most melodic point in the scene immediately following, where Tea Leoni's daughter character is trying on the under-sized clothes her mother buys for her.

At one point I thought it was from the Nurse Betty soundtrack, to no avail. Is there anyone out there that can help? Thanks!
