I believe Movie Boulevard (www.movieboulevard.co.uk) have this item. I remember seeing it in their store when flicking though the LP's! Their online LP database sadly isn't very up-to-date, but if you contacted them, I'm sure they could inform you. Don't think it's that expensive either
