im looking for the score from th x files episode "never again"- when scully is getting her tatoo(without dialogue)

You're out of luck :-(

These are the only known unreleased scores, on CD-R, with no SFX:

"Emily"
"A Christmas Carol"
"Post-Modern Prometheus"

Sadly, there are no others I am aware of and FOX just won't give Mark Snow the rights to release more.
