La Jetee(Trevor Duncan) question

I've located the cd with one track from the film ("Vastness of space"), played when the main character goes into the future. Anyone know the other track when he goes into the past?

Hi, Spiritgumm!

Good to hear that people are still interested in this fantastic film!!!

The only other thing I know about the music is this (quoted from imdb)
>>>The soundtrack was originally composed by Trevor Duncan (Born February 27, 1924 - Camberwell, London, England) and and performed by Choirs of the Cathedral of St Alexandre Newski. "Music from Russian Liturgy of the Good Saturday" is the credited music source.<<< ...
... but as far as I found out it has not been released.

I have a question, too:

Could you please tell me, where you have located the CD with "vastness" ?

(I only found the title online on cavendish-records -who seem to be a music-agency or something - I did not find the buy-it-now option...)

Have you seen the (tiny) discussion about the film´s score going on
on imdb?

It might be helpful (but not too far)

Search for Jetée and go to the message board section.
or:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0056119/board/nest/16537564

Thanks and greets, Tobias

I'm the poster who contributed the info about the Cavendish cd at IMdb.com. It's the "Vastness of Space" track (I made a typo earlier).
I sent a letter to Mr Duncan (real name Leonard Trebilco) 2 weeks ago. He lives in the UK, is 80 years old, so I don't know if he'll reply.
If you want more info about the Cavendish cd, email me.

This reply is coming far after the initial question, however, it seems the Trevor Duncan music
from the scene in the museum can now be found on the soundtrack for "The Piano Tuner of
Earthquakes" by the Brothers Quay.
