I have some early '90 discs by both Hortensia and Milan and their artwork and layout are the same. And the Hortensia discs are distributed by Milan. The only difference I see is that the musical editions "Sido Music / Hortensia" owns rights to many old (as old as '50's) scores, and these scores' CD reeditions are labeled Hortensia while the contemporary '90's soundtracks (and also the "Film Music Collection" series) are labeled Milan. But basically it's both the same.

By the way many of these discs are very rare, so I suggest not to miss them !
