Question

It must've been my lucky day!

I just sold the Varese Sarabande CD release of John Williams' "JAWS 2" on eBay for a whopping $276.00! And what's more, the buyer paid immediately through PayPal after the auction ended!

Those of you who are familiar with the value of this CD know that this is an unprecedented phenomena. I won't say how much this CD usually sells for, but I will say that it is significantly less that the amount I was paid for it. I guess this makes up for all of the CDs I've sold recently that I lost money on. Well, you win some, you lose some...and this time I definitely came out on top. Thank goodness for eBay's bidding wars!

See for yourself!

Congratulations my friend!

I wish you come across with more cases like this in future transactions. I can hardly imagine how painful is getting rid of your beloved collection, but things like this may mitigate that pain.

Best of lucks!

Yeah, indeed you were lucky. For a moment I thought of auctioning my own Jaws 2-Copy, but in this case the postman surely doesn´t ring twice ...
Maybe you take a look on my wish list - that lot you recently won perhaps makes it possible to fulfill one of my wishes for a much more reasonable amount ;-)
Keep on (sound)trackin´!

Indeed congratulations American Nightmare ! Such winning is really a great luck - the more you win per item, the less items you'll have to sell (I guess).

Best wishes for more $276 auctions !

Why did you actually sell your jaws 2 copy, did you already have it?

A giant blue caterpillar with poison-tipped antennae came to me in the night and told me that if I did not sell my Jaws 2 CD that he would haunt the nightmares of my offspring for a term of 66 generations. Needless to say, I promptly obliged.

for $276 I will send you an authentic shark and a decently sized pool where to keep it in along the CD ;-) Anyone interested?
