To be honest, I have no idea, if there has ever been a LP/CD release of the soundtrack pulled directly from the movie soundtrack. However, by browsing this site, you will find a selection of Rhino compilation albums, that feature selections from the movie:

As most masters for that movie, have not survived the decades, there has never been a CD release of this score. M-G-M issued a soundtrack album by the time the movie premiered, that was subsequently re-issued on LP in the 1970s. You're best off by buying the anthology "Fred Astaire At M-G-M", which includes several tracks from that movie. "That's Entertainment: The Ultimate Anthology" featured two additional tracks, that were directly taken from the movie's soundtrack and therefore included sound effects.
