Call them! They are O.K. Only once I had a similar experience and got my cd much later than expected. All the other times I did business with them my cd's arrived in a logical time frame. But do file a claim with ebay or/and PayPal (if that was your payment method) to be covered. For ebay you have 60 days and for PayPal 45 days from the day of payment. Don't be discouraged. Even if it's beyond the time limit, file a claim report anyway. Good luck!!

My experiences with Buysoundtrax have been overwhelmingly positive. There was once when a CD took longer than expected, and another time when they accidentally sent my items to the wrong address, but both times they were extremely helpful and corrected the problem promptly. Most of my orders with them have gone without a hitch.

I think it is great that Mark has entered this discussion and taken responsibility. It shows positive signs and that he does indeed value the customer and his/her business. I for one have placed an order at Buysoundtrax and will, hopefully, place another once that one arrives.

Buysoundtrax sells in ebay as Buysoundtrax. I don't see where is the relation with supercollector.

From my experience, they are very attentive and efficient.

Ive spent quite a lot of money w/buysoundtrax and have never had a problem w/them. One was out of stock and he offered to give me my money back and free shipping on the next order or I could wait. If I waited I still got free shipping on the next order. NO PROBLEMS w/this guy. Go ahead and buy from them. Great soundtracks and service

Caveat Emptor as far as Buysoundtrax goes. I should have checked myself. Banning is
somewhat responsive but the main issue that I have is when someone says one to two weeks
for delivery and one waits for three weeks, Banning tells me that it shipped last week, but it
has yet to arrive, and his website still states "ships in 4 to 7 days" then there is a very real
problem. I cancelled my order after waiting three weeks.

Been reading some of these comments. Ordered LLLCD 1083 MILLENNIUM by MARK SNOW. Received a BATMAN ANIMATED soundtrack. Which I never ordered. Appreciate mix ups do occur, have emailed you at BSX but in the event it doesn't get seen and if you read this, please can you sort this out? My email should be with you now starting spiritofthecree ... etc.

Though I would say you've been good with my orders in the past. Just feel severely disappointed with this. Opening the envelope, finding the wrong CD inside.

"Spiritof the Cree" - what happened with your mix up? I ordered the 2-CD set of Batman"The Animated Series" back in December and I'm still waiting. I keep getting vague replies to my inquiries.

I purchased "CONAN THE BARBARIAN - World premiere recording
of the complete score by Basil Poledouris, Catalogue Number:
XPCD-169" on 3rd November.

Emailed after 2 weeks when it didn't show up - Response said it
was mailed that day. Nothing arrived.
Emailed again - Response said they were waiting for more stock
(?!)
Raised PayPal claim.
Got email saying it had just come in and was mailed to me.
Nothing arrived.

Almost 1 month later, I get a USPS tracking number emailed to
me. Now waiting for it to arrive.

This guy has EXTREMELY poor customer service - he even had the
audacity to call me "Ye of little faith" when I complained I had
been waiting for nearly a month and nothing had arrived. Well,
faith shouldn't have anything to do with it - he has $23 of my
hard-earned money and I have nothing to show for it yet.

I won't be surprised if it still doesn't arrive. I just don't trust this
guy now. He's useless and I would recommend going to one of
his competitors to get your soundtracks. I'd even recommend
going to eBay before this guy.

AVOID!
