Kingdom of heaven soudtrack

In this film king balian dies and his sister goes to see him on his death bed, he has leoprasy, she removes his mask and reveals his deformed face. One question, there is a piece of music playing in the backround, I have heard it somewhere before. I need to know what it is called and if it has been in another film before, I think it is by Gregson williams. All you film buffs out there, help me pls!!
