Perhaps you are talking about Jerry Goldsmith's "The Omen". In that case you are a lucky guy. It has appeared as a deluxe edition at Varèse Sarabande and it's one of the greatest horror soundtracks ever.

The title song is "Ave Satani", where you can hear words like "Maximus", "Dominus", et al.

If you like this score, you mustn't miss the sequels: "Damien: Omen II" and "The Final Chapter", also by Jerry Goldsmith.

ok this song still has words maximus,dominus etc but this is not the song i am looking for...my song is kind of rock,,what i mean is that it's not like a psalmody.....Somehow it's moralizing...i wish i could sing it for a little bit because i am sure you will understand it.
