DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES Episode 23 (S1)

Hello!

I would like to know if anyone can help me! I'm trying to find out which track (artist/title) was used by ABC in the last episode of season 1, episode 23: Finale.

The music is played just after Bree receives the phone call from the hospital to let her know that Rex has passed away. It is a soft piano theme.
