I would have to say non-Disney would be Jerry Goldsmith's score to The Secret of N.I.M.H. and
for a Disney animated film score Pre 1960 ... Pinocchio and post 1960 The Hunchback of Notre
Dame

Michael J. Lewis' excellent score from the 1979 animated version of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" must be my favourite, and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" by favourite Disney.

I like James Horner's many contributions to the non disney animated movie - Land Before Time, Balto, American Tail 1 and 2, We're Back, but i think Land Before Time is the best he has done. As for Disney I would say Goldsmith's "Mulan" - magnificent themes.

Paul J. Smith's wonderful score for Disney's CINDERELLA. Absolutely! He later did the score for the TV series LEAVE IT TO BEAVER.
