I was in a video rental store the other day when my eye caught the release of a new Exorcist DVD starring Stellan Skaargard as Father Merrin. I know that this was a very troubled production and they actually filmed the entire film and decided to scrap it and re-film it, which is the one called The Beginning. Well it would seem, and I am guessing here unless anyone else knows different, that the first film is being released which may well have Christopher Young's score. As to the question you posed, I don't know the answer to that.

I know that a bootleg disc with the Rabin score is floating around, a friend sent me the tracklist to make the covers and has 19 tracks but don't know where to find the score. No commercial release yet.

that 19 track version you saw is fake...look @ it closer i bet you it did not contain running times..and the last track was by Shifrin right?....
