Jerry Goldsmith-Shock Treatment (1964)

I was watching at an old movie called "Shock Treatment" this weekend. It stars Roddy McDowall, Lauren Bacall, and Stuart Whitman. It came out in 1964 and I believe that Jerry Goldsmith
wrote the songs for this soundtrack. One of the songs songs performed in the movie bears a strong similarity to the Itcy and Scratcy theme song on The Simpsons TV show. Can anyone shed light on this or let me know the song title. The one part of the song is defenitely the same. Thanks
