Please help identify this artist!!!

I was wondering if anyone can help me...I heard a song the other day with the words "bingo bango" in the title (or something like that! And no it's not basement jaxx) The artist is a male with an Asian name (chinese or japanese etc) he sings in English although his voice still sounds Asian. It was a fantastic song if anyone could tell me what his name is that's be great!!!
