he stoped the auctions on ebay, i payed & he dont sends items..

Two possible con tricks on ebay are:

1. To cancel the listing before the end so you cant leave feedback.
2. Offer you another item after the end of the auction (ie not through second chance offers). The second item isnt on Ebay therefore you cant leave feedback again.

Although, the two above methods can still result in legitimate transactions.

If you paid by Paypal you can still submit a claim there.

but its 4months ago i payed the items to him.

I have bought a few soundtracks from Mike, and I have found him to be a reliable seller. Did you try writing him an e-mail regarding your purchase?

If you read the fine print on his auctions, he will refund your money if you insure the package. Depending on where you live this extra shipping fee might be recommended--especially on future purchases. All things considered though, I have never had a problem with him or the CD's I purchased.

a few mails ago(he dont answers now anymore) he told me "to look & finish the deal blah blah ..take a few days cause out of town..blah blah"

I finally found this guy. He is no longer in Salisbury, looks as if he has moved to Charlotte NC and is now selling on Amazon. I bought an item from him just to be sure and of course it was real slow shipping, but it is definitely him, Same name and same game soundtracks. Be very cautious from ordering from him, he already has a bad mark for not shipping an item.
