Question

Looking for a Jerry Goldsmith Soundtrack.

Does anyone know if The soundtrack for the Movie "Meteor" was EVER released? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Thanks.

Actually, Meteor was composed by Laurence Rosenthal, not Jerry Goldsmith, so that might narrow your search a little bit. And I think it was released as a promo disc from Intrada Records. Try their website, www.intrada.com and see if they still have copies. Hope this helps!

Look in the database under 'Meteor' and you will find 1 CD and 2 LP's.

As my able colleague, Brian, stated...METEOR was released by Intrada as a promotional for Laurence Rosenthal. You might think it was Goldsmith for the liberal use of Craig Huxley's "blaster beam" effect as was used in Star Trek TMP. I don't know if Intrada still has copies. You could also try screenarchives.com.
