I agree....I have the Silva Screen release and that's PLENTY for me.

I wouldn't even be interested in any "compilation albums" recordings because they're almost all usually crap anyway. I stopped buying such albums years ago....I only want ORIGINAL soundtrack albums. Alternate versions by other composers/conductors don't interest me.

I concur, compilation albums are inferior. (mostly, but not the Charles Gerhart ones)

I love any Gerhardt album I have, especially the Franz Waxman album SUNSET BOULEVARD (which has a suite from BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN), and Gerhardt's CITIZEN KANE album.

But! They did do a new eddition of the superman soundtrack with diffrent music and alternations

so why not Supergirl?

I know the movie sucked but the music was excellent

and i did like the Compilation Albums .I have one that was done in Japan and it was done very well
