Question

Does it have the three regular CD cases or comes in some sort of slip case or similar?

Answers

It consists of the three special editions put in a light cardboard box.

The box' front cover features the Special Edition Omen (I) CD cover. So when you pull out the first CD out of the box, you get to see the same picture as on the box front.
