GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!... Quite an incentive to keep fighting! At least all the reports filed with eBay, FSM, etc. were not done in vain. Will I be getting some money back though for the pirate Omega CD-R that cost me over USD$100.00 as well as the other buyers who filed their claim for counterfeit items received??? I hope so!... Personally, I could be a persistent bitch when I know injustice was served on my ass. I do not think it is over though. Unfortunately hefty priced pirate cd's seem to be all over eBay! Seller 'microprovincia' (David, fu--en Wong) who was also definetely seller 'foreversiempreid' (how romantic!) could be eBay seller with ID 'xdsound'. At the moment no items are being auctioned under this ID but check out these item #'s that were auctioned off just before Xmas... 4812155024, 4812154997, 4812154983, 4812154958.

*DONE!* Item #'s are: 4817082631, 4817082770, 4817082363, 4817082882, 4817083440, 4817110172... Let us all please report these items to eBay as counterfeit CD-R's!... Follow the directions on a previous thread titled ***REPORTING PIRATE CD-R's ON EBAY***

Just sent them all five ! If anyone else wants to help, here are the five item numbers so you don't have to look for each:

4817082631 , 4817110172 , 4817082882 , 4817082770 , 4817083440

Serifiot: posted at the same time! You have one more number, was it bought immediately ?

42zaphod, January 4, 2006; 1:42 AM

Definitly it was bought!
Oh this poor guy!

cheffe, January 4, 2006; 1:50 AM

I just added a few notes. There are six... no? The sixth is 4817082363, the Breaking' soundtrack.

serifiot, January 4, 2006; 1:53 AM

Yes, Breakin' was bought for $50:

Poor private bidder!

42zaphod, January 4, 2006; 1:52 AM

Perhaps the buyer knows that these are pirate CD-R's and does not mind the fifty bucks for Breakin'. Anyway, I believe it should be reported nevertheless.

serifiot, January 4, 2006; 2:05 AM

Is it possible to report finished transactions as well ? In the same way as active listing ?

42zaphod, January 4, 2006; 2:02 AM

Yes. I believe so. We are simply notifying eBay that this particular item that was listed was a fake, counterfeit CD-R. It does not hurt to report it.

serifiot, January 4, 2006; 2:08 AM

all reported
