Need Help with Title/Artist of this song

Okay so theres this song, and it came out in like 99 or 00. Its a soft rock song, one guy sung it, I dont know wut its called and i dont know the guy, i dont know n e lyrics but i know sum words...

In the song its like this guy is talking about a guy doing this and doing that, and something about a broken or a fallen angel, but throughout the whole song the guy talks about another guy, but the last verse he's like " I this, I that, Me this, Me that" and something about a fallen or broken angel too..

PLESE, someone has to know wut im talking about..!
