Looking for a dance track

I cant find this song anywhere but I have heard it on the radio and in debenhams of all places - it used to be played at Speed Queen at the Warehouse in Leeds in 2000-2002. The lyrics are basic but go "Hey y'all Hey y'all (hey y'all) Hands in the air y'all (air y'all) rise to the top dog (top dog) hey dont stop y'all (stop y'all) then... I think.. " Money money money money, funny funny funny funny, doin it like this (like this) etc.... it's a great dance track and has a break with some american voice going bop bop bop really low in the background - i am sure i have the lyrics slightly wrong but it's worth a shot to just find it - I will be eternally grateful to anyone who helps me find it anyway - cheers - amandapants x
