I think you are talking about the song played when jane is working as the gym instructor and dick (jim carrey) is chasing someone down in the costmart store. If this is the song you are looking for it is darude- sandstorm. Its techno. Hope this helps.

I found Sandstorm by Da Dude on iTunes but it doesn't sound the same

Hey, I was drying to locate the exact same song from that movie. The song is indeed Sandstorm, but the version isn't by "Da Dude", which was the version I found on iTunes. The song they use in the movie is by a finnish DJ named "Darude" so if you download Darude's version of the song, you'll see that it is the one from the movie. Hope this clears up your confusion! :)

the mooney suzuki - alive and amplified, i was looking for this for ages as well cant beleive they didnt list this in the soundtrack same goes for darude sandstorm. which is a techno song NOT british rock n roll!
