American Psycho - John Cale Opening Music

Can anyone tell me the name of the classical peice of music that plays over the resaurant scene at the beginning of American Psycho? The scene where the drips of raspberry sauce drip onto the plates in a suggestion that they are blood.

I know that John Cale is the composer, but as it doesn't appear on the soundtrack, I am struggling to find it anywhere.
