I wanted to know that song name in Closer at the strip bar when Clive Owen in just wanlking into the bar down the stairs? If anyone can tell me I would really appeciate it.

When Clive Owen is walking down the stairs, the song, "World Outside" is playing by The Devlins. You have to listen to it for a minute before you recognize it.
