There are two songs used in BASIC INSTINCT. One was used in the trailer:

Groove to the Move - Channel X
Blue - La Tour

If I remember correctly... GROOVE TO THE MOVE was used in the dance club sequnce and BLUE was used in the trailer. Hang on, let me pull out my IPod... Yes GTTM is the dance music and BLUE is the trailer music.

the Rhythm" (not "Groove to the move") by Channel X

The song "Blue" by Latour

when Sharon Stone dances with Michael Douglas.
