Looking for C. Young score !

Fan of Christopher Young, I'm looking for his recent release by Intrada "The Devil & Daniel Webster". I'm sad because I can't find it anywhere, and unfortunatly, he didn't propose it with his new release (like The Core with Shade).
If anyone want to trade it, I can offer one of his score "The Country Bears" (Promo - 2cds) manufactured by Intrada.
Hope that I find someone !

Thanks !

...DANIEL WEBSTER was not "sold" through anyone. It is only available through Mr. Young and or his agent. I have this CD, but do not wish to trade it.

I received my copy as a "thank you" when I became a new membership of the Film Music Society (follow link and scroll down):

$100 may seem a bit expensive for a CD, but I had been meaning to join for a while and this finally tipped the balance. I keep telling myself that the CD only "cost" the same as a regular CD and that the extra money is going to a good cause - which it is...

- to increase awareness of the artistic, historical and commercial value of film and television music

- to preserve and restore film and television music scores, manuscripts, orchestrations, recordings and all related materials

- to research, document and disseminate the histories of film and television music, whether by oral means or by aural, written and/or digital media

- to publish scholarly and other journalistic works on subjects relating to film and television music

- to foster, encourage and cultivate new musical and journalistic works

- to present and promote the film and television music contributions of past, present and future composers, arrangers and musicians

Worthy causes indeed!!

Thanks hammon. The way the question was phrased I thought it was again given by Intrada as a suprise gift by purchasing a specific C.Y. cd. Unfortunately I do not have this film score as well as The Core. I don't undestand why both of these film scores do not get a commercial release. Why keep it hush hush. I believe I had seen The Core soundtrack in some European record store. I could be wrong. There is a release out by a record label called Ma... something, is there not? How does one get in touch with C.Y. or his agent to buy his music that is not available commercially? Could one do that? I believe he has a lot of promo film music floating around.

I have The Core if you are interested in acquiring it.

A composers wishes to make a promo, why does he have to advertise to collectors that he's had it made? THE CORE was a gift to customers who purchased a CD that no one had heard of. I believe that Christopher loves his fans, but he shouldn't have to announce everytime he wants to make a promo of a score that didn't get released.

As for COUNTRY BEARS and DEVIL AND DANIEL WEBSTER...if he wanted the music to give to people in the business how else is he going to do this? He has to have CDs pressed. Obviously he likes the folks at Intrada and works with them to get what he wants done.
