Indeed, I have enjoyed the releases of Escape To Victory, Broadcast News, FIST and now Rookie Of the Year etc - Here's hoping the next batch of Club releases (June time?) will include either F/X Murder By Illusion, Baby Boom and the original and complete score to The Right Stuff! It is after all an oscar winner!

Ye. The Right Stuff is certainly a must. After all it is an oscar winning score so it demands a complete release.

I too thought the North and South cues were better - this version of the Right Stuff, recorded two years after the film was made and won Conti his oscar, was seemingly played under sedation by the LSO - there was no oomph to it (Especially on Yeagers Triumph) and Conti was conducting!, wheras North And South was excellently performed. Bring on a proper release for The Right Stuff is what i say!

I just can't stop listening to Escape To Victory and I think it's brilliant. I suppose it is also influenced by the fact that I love Football and we beat the Germans, Bliss. Oh by the way, on The Right Stuff, Douglas Fake at Intrada keeps mentioning this score and drops hints now and again, this may mean that Intrada are about to release or have plans to release, The Right Stuff.

Yes it seems that it is a favourite of his so he is a good ally to have in terms of getting it released. We shall wait and see. In case you are reading this, Douglas, Go on you know it makes sense and don't leave any cues out!
