The "Zapped" OST CD was indeed only released in the Phillipines, and it's been out of print for several years now. Your best bet is to download the copy listed on RapidShare of the entire CD soundtrack. The only catch is that you have to have WinRar to unzip the file, which you can download for a free trial at www.rarlab.com. Here's the link (scroll down the page and click "free"):
