I believe that i wouldn´t have bid on any items of this seller if this person hadn´t answered in this forum. But you get richer in experiences every day.
I made my Paypal complain a few days ago. I won´t wait on anything from this seller. This offer was in fact too good to be true.

i warning for this seller but.......
jfortesss, March 21, 2006; 10:53 AM

I'm in the same boat. I was one of the ones who originally was not convinced and voiced my concerns on this forum. However, there were those who poo pooed what I said and some others I might add said they too were not convinced. But the penultimate nail in the coffin came when Twatface came on and said that the items were genuine which in turn had some fellow collectors, again on this forum, state that they had been sold and went onto bid. The ultimate nail in the coffin was when I did bid and win I got no response and no item. As Peter-anselm said, these items were too good to be true which was what I said but I too got my ass kicked. Still I have contacted Paypal and am waiting to find out what will happen next.

I too was duped by usapoliticalitems. I sent off money for the Until September/Starscrash CD, which I never received. Details have been forwarded to EBay and Paypal and I'm hopful I'll get my money back. Perhaps Soundtrackcollector should list these offenders, so we all know who to avoid.

I bid on the blood in blood out cd and won, luckily I waited 10 days and started seeing all the negative which prompted me not to pay and therefore didn't lose the 373.00.........

If anyone wants to see usapoliticalitems' feedback there is a way even though it's private.
Go to advanced search, click on search by seller on the left hand side & enter her username; you can see everything she's sold in the last 30 days. You will be able to see how much she's stung everyone for, and also if you then click on the winning bidders, you will be able to see the comments of those who have left feedback.

I'm not getting it. I click on advanced search, and? I go to the list on the left side and see ''items by seller''. There is no ''search by seller''. Is that it? I click on that, then enter id, and still cannot see feedback. It's private.

Wishfully the items are still in transit somewhere but if not... it is absolutely disgraceful and scary! It would be considered major fraud! Luckily I didn't win but my heart goes out to everyone especially to all those who paid a bundle. It's not exactly that she had very low feedback or null before these auctions began to make someone suspicious. The only thing to trigger suspicion was that she, Alice (if that is so) or he or he/she was selling lots of rare titles in ''new condition'' which were found in pawn shops in Las Vegas???... Is that so. I never noticed CD's or even DVD's in pawn shops near casinos. Gamblers do go to extreme behaviors but this is a first. Hopefully everyone will receive their stuff! All the luck!! Very important to file your PayPal claim reports within 45 days!!!
serifiot, March 22, 2006; 11:04 PM

I got answer from PayPal today. They have refunded my money, well most of it. They have told me that they will be taking action against the seller. I would have preferred the CD. Maybe it'll turn up another time. I'm just glad it's over.
johnhjohnson, March 23, 2006; 7:34 PM

Well done JohnJohnson! When you say most of it, what do you mean? I have yet to get an answer from them, paypal that is.
TheSaint.786, March 23, 2006; 9:59 PM

I didn't get all of the money back. Paypal said something about a processing fee. Guess they have to make some profit out of my misfortune.
johnhjohnson, March 24, 2006; 8:58 PM

I just added the 21st Negative Comment to Alice's account. I only got stiffed for $53.00 but I'm still pissed off. By the way, eBay lists her phone number as (760) 346-3691.
In addition, I sent her one of the nastiest emails, threatening her with legal action and advised her to look over her back for the rest of her life. In quoting Woody Allen, "I say we get some baseball bats, go down there and explain things..."
ALICE WOIJASIAK-YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good answer Peter, but I prefer a gun to a baseball bat!!!

I was a victim of this fraud as well. I paid $68 bucks for the 'The Outlaw Josey Wales soundtrack'. Should have known better but I have been looking for this for quite a while now. I have filed a complaint with Paypal but have not heard anything from them.
Any advice on how I can get some kind of response from Paypal? And should I file a complaint through E-Bay as well?
jsdockery, March 28, 2006; 4:47 AM

Dont worry you will hear from paypal, they are currently reviewing the case, and will get back to you.It takes 4 to 5 weeks and you will most likely get a refund from them.Hopefully this asshole who has ripped us off will rot in hell.
doloresh, March 28, 2006; 12:59 PM

Thanks, just a little uptight about this. This whole experience has made me jaded about purchasing any other soundtracks on EBay. Ah, well live and learn.
Amen to that 'seller rot in hell'. I like to think there is a 'special' reserved place reserved for anyone who dares to rip off us soundtrack collectors ;)
jsdockery, March 29, 2006; 2:37 AM

This whole experience just makes me very wary about buying anything from anyone. The point is you have to have a certain amount of trust in people, otherwise you would not buy anything from anyone. We have lost money, but it is not a fortune. We just have to be more careful from now on.Everyone gets caught, just make sure it doesnt happen to often.Regards,JOHN.
doloresh, March 29, 2006; 2:13 PM

For every one waiting on a refund from PAYPAL. I just received a FULL REFUND.
doloresh, April 5, 2006; 9:31 AM
