As far as I know, there's never been a CD release of that score. Probably about all you
could do would be to buy the LP and ask (or pay) someone with the right equipment to
transfer the LP tracks to a CDR. In case it's of help, the LP is listed for sale at this website
(although you'd have to call to make sure it's still in stock):

A couple copies of the LP are also listed for sale at eBay.
