Any impression of Ghostbusters? I'm still undecided if "so many film music fans just cannot be wrong" or if my skepticism from the samples on Varèse's website will prevail in my buying decision.

I'm still wating on 3 of them.Though, as I've said elsewhere, I'm not buying Ghostbusters-I just don't find it that good.

I bought the Conti cd, and it's great. I hope there are going to be more Conti cds in the next batch.

Well Ghostbusters seems to be the best of this bunch - the Conti 3 Pack so to speak was a let down only cause I felt the music wasn't worth listening to. COme on to think that Rookie of the Year is better than Ghostbusters - no contest.

Ghostbusters is currently in my car cd player. So far I have enjoyed all 4 of the discs. Although I suspect I will be making a cd-r of Ghostbusters with the Vocal theme added in at some point.

Yes, Ghostbusters is truly AWESOME from beginning to end. About the other Club CDs that were released alongside it, I couldn't care less.

GHOSTBUSTERS is quite a boring listen for 70 min, unless you are a big Elmer fan or Reitman film fan (which I'm not). Just for a different opinion. :)

GHOSTBUSTERS is IMHO just an average score from the period Bernstein composed so many much better scores still waiting to be released....
