"The Stepford Wives" David Arnold score?

I am searching for the score to the film THE STEPFORD WIVES by David Arnold.

I really enjoyed the score to the film (the only good thing about the film really). I was wondering if it was ever released either commercially or privately, and how I could go about getting a copy of it.

I had read somewhere that a soundtrack was released in Japan, but I may be mistaken.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
