Replacement cases
Can anyone recommend a supplier of good quality CD (jewel) cases ... in particular, the clear plastic type (for single CDs and for 2 CDs).
In many of my recent purchases (new and second hand) the CD holder has lost many pegs so that the CD is not held securely. I have found that FSM double CD releases are particularly bad - today's sealed copy of Penelope/Bachelor in Paradise had both CDs loose!
I'm happy to replace the cases but local suppliers sell only the thick/black/coloured plastic type.
Many thanks for any suggested suppliers.

I usually just buy a 10-pack of Memorex clear single-CD jewel cases for $3 or $4 at the department store (Target) or supermarket (Ralph's). For the slim 2-CD cases, I'd recommend the ones sold by www.arksquare.com, although unless you're buying CDs as well the shipping cost might be prohibitive.

Try Shop4Tech.com! You can get a 50 pack of single cases and a 25 pack of the double sized (4CD) versions for about $10 each. Shipping is a bit high and sometimes some arrived cracked, but at the cost of less than $30, for a pack of each, it's well worth it... :)

Awww...too bad you don't live nearer...I for my part do not like transparent CD trays at all and often replace them by black ones. So I've got some 1-2 dozen of unneeded transparent CD trays here and would be glad to swap them immediately.
Anyway, I hope you find what you look for.

When I received the ordered CDs with broken or cracked cases, I asked them, if they sold the CD cases for the original label ones for replacement. They answered me very friendly, "Sorry, We will send the new cases in your next order." I placed another order soon, and I got the new original transparent cases in a safe package. One of them is the "FSM"! I will place another order on Intrada because they answered me the same answer. However, the international package of Buysoundtrax was very weak. Once I've got all four CDs with completely crashed cases. Fortunately, CDs were not injured.
