Yes! This is a known problem with at least one (all?) pressings of the Varese disc. I've endlessly tried to get Varese to own up to it, but they won't.

Please if anyone has found a solution let us know.

Assuming the problem isn't with the master tape, you can always get the Japanese edition. Quality control in Japan is second to none and the audio mastering is better than the rest of the world as well (of course, it costs more money to get this level of production quality too).

I got my copy directly from Varèse and l tried the Colosseum pressing and both had the clicking sound. Didn't get the japanese version but... I'd prefer Varèse to admit they had some problem and take my defective copy back.

the clicking was because marco was using new system
ask him he tell u himself....not a varese Issue this time.

Ok so... does that mean that the japanese pressing of the Hellboy OST does also contains that clicking sound ?
