Looks like a nice disc although I'm perfectly happy with my vinyl pressing featuring the same cover art.

The sound quality of the CD vs. the old bootleg LP is reportedly apples and oranges.

Not speaking about the fact that finally buying the music *legally* is also not a bad thing.

Personally, I am grateful to La-la Land Records for presenting this score and will surely buy it.

I should also add that the bootleg LP is much shorter then the new release from LA LA LAND RECORDS and sounds vastly INFERIOR and also there are a several tracks that contain performance mistakes and where not edited proper manner as well, that have been corrected on the new release which is represents the score in the manner the late Mr. Goldsmith wanted it presented.


But, I produced the CD, so my opinion is biased and should be taken with more then a grain of salt.
