Untamed heart soundtrackt (I need your help for a song please !)

I can't believe that no one else has posted messages trying to figure out what the name of this song is!

After Caroline gets dumped by Steven, she goes to the diner to talk to her friends. As she's leaving, Adam is watching her through the window and there's this song playing...the only lyrics I can make out are "Right from the start..." The song continues through the part when Caroline is crying on her bed with Steven's christmas presents.

Any ideas???
