Looking for Predator Varese Limited Edition
Does anyone have a copy of the Varese Limited Edition for Predator that they want to sell for under $100.00? I don't care if it's been played a few times but I would like the disc to have no scratches on it. If anyone would be willing to part with theirs please drop me a line at BigTrekster1981@hotmail.com
Thanks in advance.

u may get lucky on ebay from time to time but 100 dollars may well be the very least you would pick a copy up for, id say 150 dollars....there or there abouts, good luck anyway mate.

I got my SEALED copy of PREDATOR soundtrack Limited Edition of 3000 copies by Varse Sarabande for only 100$ some weeks ago from a private seller. I had to search for almost a month the websites for such an oportunity.
Ant, you can buy OPENED copies at arround 70$ too on ebay nowadays. Sealed copies may reach 150$ or 170$, depends. There are some people who dare to sell their copies with more than 200$, that's simply LUDICROUS! Better buy a 1984 Polydor release of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom WITH OBI STRIP with a less amount.
I viewed 2 auctions that had SEALED copies of this soundtrack (PREDATOR) and were SOLD at : 135$ each.
I post a url which might help u

ok cool, well 70 dollars would be an exeptional price, amazing how much shrinkwrap can affect the price !!!!! dont know why people go on all the time about wanting sealed cds ?? ur gonna open them anyway so why not just buy what you can ? unless of course u intend to sell on in the future?

Presumably it's a variation of the Virginity Syndrom.. ;-)

Sealed Copies of a Limited Collector's Edition are like warranty labels on a new car. Shows you that CD has been never opened and they also INCREASE THE VALUE for amongst profesional collectors and buyers.
I for example will never open my sealed copy and have purchased AN OPENED COPY of the same soundtrack to have it also opened.
Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom (Japan Polydor release 1984 WITH OBI STRIP) costs now 150 $ at least. A SEALED COPY of this (never seen one auctioned or sold) could worth a lot lot more, considering it would be 22 years old ...
Kind regards

Well I was able to finally snag one for $138.00 shipped off ebay. I'll be paying for it on November 3rd when I get paid. The seller has been gracious enough to let me purchase it and hold it for me. Oh and by the way this is a SEALED copy that I'm buying. I will actually be opening it if anyone was wondering. Going to be adding this one to my mp3 player for sure.
Edit: As far as buying two copies of a score and leaving one sealed to gain "value"...no thanks. I don't think soundtracks will gain value over time. A lot of them sell for such a high price on ebay is to put it simply a lot of people like to price gouge the public, especially when it coems to rare scores.
However for rare items such as these I don't mind paying up to $150 just as long as the CD is either A: perferribly sealed or B: in mint condition if it is opened.
