song in the movie Go, but not on soundtrack

Please help me if you can! In the movie Go (release year 1999) there is a scene where the character Ronna is in the room with the drug dealer, and he has her pull up her shirt and spin around for him. During this scene the dealer has turned up the music loudly, and I bought the soundtrack in anticipation of this song, but its not there! What is the name of this song, and who does it? I also heard it once before in a perfume ad, Calvin Klein maybe? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
