With the exception of a single score track at the end of the regular "song" album, Dave Grusin's score has not seen an official release.

Apart from the "love theme" on the original songs album, you can find the great "Fratelli Chase" (the Main titles) on a Dave Grusin's compilation album called "Cinemagic" (look in the soundtrackcollector's database.)

Of course there's a bootleg of the "complete" soundtrack floating here and there but I would not spend a dime for it...

It's somewhat mystifying to me why this score has not been favored with an honest release, given how well-liked it is among people who are NOT filmscore fiends. ...Only SOMEWHAT mystifying, though. To a cynic, this sort of thing is further evidence that those running the music industry don't care two figs about expanding culture.

There is a suite of 18:44 on Best of Adventure, Cinerama 2216-2, a two-CD release from 1994. The piece is performed by the City of Prague Philharmonic, with William Motzing at the baton. The work comprises nine cues: Fratelli Chase (Film Version), Goonie's Theme, Waterslide, Signature, Plumbing, One Eyed Willie, Treasure, Goonie's Theme (Reprise), and Fratelli Chase (Original Version).
I found this in a second-hand store in Prague, and have never seen it since. Cinerama appears to be an Edel company, so maybe it's still available.
Other pieces on the CDs include themes or other bits from The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, Last of the Mohicans, Rambo II: The Mission, Marco Polo , The Duellists, The Power and the Glory, Casualties of War, Highroad to China, Shoot to Kill, Riddle of the Sands, Remo, Bear Island, Savage Island, Arachnophobia and Fandango.

I must say, given how often people inquire about this score it's astounding that it hasn't been released in its entirety. Someone could make a killing.
