GHOSTBUSTERS NOW SOLD OUT!
I hope everyone that wanted GHOSTBUSTERS got their copy, because it is now SOLD OUT according to Varese Sarabande Website. Fortunately I ordered my copy when I noticed they had only 500 left. I am sure they will now go for outrageous SOLD OUT prices on EBAY!
I live in the USA & it is impossible to get some of the limited (1000 or less) copies, when they become available since by the time I get a chance to check the website for availability, usually the overseas buyers have usually bought out them. I do get lucky sometimes & find a deal on a sold out item (LEFT HAND OF GOD & TRUE CONFESSIONS, for example)--but for the most part the Popular SOLD OUT ones such as PREDATOR & DIE HARD are way out of my price range now.
I would heartily suggest if you desire a limited soundtrack release that you order ASAP or be prepared to pay HIGH prices for them.

Magic is a really really Great Goldsmith score. It is one of my favs I'm very surprised it has taken
this long to get to a sell out point.

I managed to get a copy but changing the subject a little, Amber Records (Elmer Bernsteins' own record label) told me some time ago that KINGS OF THE SUN had been recorded and they were waiting for a release date. In January they told me it would be in spring but still nothing. Anybody out there know something about it?
