I'm new to this network of trading, who are some reliable traders and who should I be aware of? Thanks!

these are sites who in my opinion are the best there is, you really can't go wrong dealing with these sites, honest, very quick with posting, very helpful.

www.intrada.com

www.screenarchives.com

Then as a pretty good back up, but I tend to use the above 2 more often;

www.buysoundtrax.com

Buysoundtrax does have some pretty good deals from time to time & they have a very neat section of composer signed cds & they do have some titles at discount.

The very last place I tend to buy from & have only bought 5 cds in 4 years is from Ebay. I find that unless you deal with the actual companies, prices can be higher than buying from stores & then the hassel of damages etc. Universal Music & Silva Screen both have Ebay sites & if you buy from there, then there is no problem & they often list over stocks at very heavy % discounts. But on the whole with Ebay, 'buyer be ware'!

Just for the record, I do not work or have any affilation to any of the above sites.

I just use them & know them to be about as good as it gets when buying via the web.

Whatever you buy, enjoy the music.

The question was trading and a list of stores were given. :)

I would not contact Intrada, Screen Archives, nor BuySoundtrax to "trade" nor any other "store". :)

You could also take a look at:

http://www.tarantula-records.com/

They have many rare soundtracks.

I took the term 'traders' as 'a purveyor of goods' & therefore stores or sales points/sites what have you would be correct.

But yes you are correct if you are taking the term to be a 'swapping' term, then do not contact the sites I listed or indeed any site that has been listed so far.
