Problems with ordering from Percepto Records?

I really hope that this is just me that has been having problems, because I love their catalog and certainly don't want to smear their name in anyway.

But ... I have been having ordering problems from them. A CD that I ordered from then in May still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them four times from two different e-mail accounts asking what's up, and haven't heard a peep from them.

This isn't the first time it's happened, either. The first CD I ordered from them, they said would arrive in six to eight weeks. That's fine, but after waiting that long, it still hadn't come. So I sent them an e-mail, didn't hear back, but got it priority mail in a couple of days.

Has anyone else had any issues with them? If so, what did you do about it?

Give 'em hell! If they are giving you bad service state your case loud and clear.

I've never ordered anything from them so I can't say. I considered ordering a couple of their Vic Mizzy scores until I noticed the (send money then find out if it's in stock policy).

Same goes for Forced Exposure. I'll never again purchase anything from that distributor.

I have ordered from Percepto a few times and always received my order, The only thing I have had a problem with is when I have emailed them a question about a release I have never had any reply's,

That's why I usually get stuff from Screen Archives, rather than dealing with the labels
directly. Maybe contact Screen Archives and ask them about the lack of response from
Percepto....they may have a better contact with them.
