Incidental music

I am searching for a piece of music that I have heard on various television shows and radio productions. It seems to be a stock piece and is generally heard behind superheroes and their actions, or when someone does something heroic. I have heard this music many times but have no idea how to locate this very common piece. The only place I can think of for anyone to hear the track easily is during the 'Powdered Toast Man' segment on the 'Ren and Stimpy' dvd, however I have heard it on many other shows and I am certain that it is available as library music.
I know that this is not much to go on but if anyone can help me, or even make a suggestion as to the track I would be most grateful.
