Desperate Housewives original promo score?

Howdy yall,

I was just wondering if there was a promo score released for season one of DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES?

I know that Steve Jablonsky contributed quite a bit to the score and am sure I remember reading that a promo was made for potential emmy voters etc. but am not 100% sure!

I know that there is some crappy bootleg that has been floating around only containing the end credits cues. I am looking for one with actual cues from the episodes (ie. murder montage). In other words a genuine promo release.

If anyone can give me details and a yes or no to my inquiry it will be extremely helpful.
