Soundtrack from the 1996 Olympics
I used to have a cd from the Olympics -- I'm pretty sure it was the 1996, however unlikely, it might have been the '92. I was wondering if anyone knew of the name of the cd or a list of tracks on it. The music was fantastic and I don't have a name to give my record store guy so I can buy a copy of it. Thank You

I have a CD called "Summon The Heroes" which was released to coincide with the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. John Williams conducted the Boston Pops Orchestra and he composed the main theme. There are various other composers' works included (Carl Orff, Leonard Bernstein, Vangelis, etc), all with sporting-heroic themes. The label is Sony Classical SK 62622.
