Finally I followed Riccardo's advice and got it from IntermezzoMedia. Rather expensive for what I wanted to pay, but I couldn't resist the temptation.

Anyway, I appreciate your answer and I'll take a look at that site. It sounds interesting...

You must have purchased the last available Intermezzo copy or last copy in all of cyberspace for that matter since I cannot find this score anywhere.

If you spot a copy somewhere in the internet please do post it here or drop me an e-mail.

There is this used copy on ebay which makes the price you paid dirt cheap.
