French Disco Song

I am looking for the title and artist of a french Disco song that was popular in the U.S. in the late seventies. It was about a woman who murdered a man and there was a voice over of a person describing what had transpired and there were shots heard and police sirens in the song, and he said La Femme Fatale and mentioned the police as if it were a police report.
